My Story
Whether it's an old favorite or a new release, I can never resist the draw of a good book.
As a lifelong bookworm, I've been captivated by stories for as long as I can remember. From my early childhood in a quaint Vermont town, to later growing up in Texas, my formative years were a unique blend of New England beauty and southern charm—both involving piles of books.

Writing one, on the other hand, wasn't always on my radar. Married to an Air Force pilot, I've spent the past two decades moving around the country as an active-duty military spouse.

After living in seven different states, working for two pharmaceutical companies, and staying home to raise three kids, I finally decided to do something that had been tucked away somewhere in the back of my mind—write a novel. Inspired by the incredible military community I was a part of for so many years, as well as the heartwarming stories I'd been drawn to all my life, I tapped away at the keyboard until I completed my first manuscript.

My debut novel, set in a picturesque New England town at Christmas, is an inspiring military romance. It's a story about what can happen when we struggle with life's timing, the opportunities we may miss out on when we avoid the hard things in life, and the real magic behind falling in love.

I am currently busy working on my next novel.

When I'm not writing, I can be found soaking up quality time with my husband and three daughters, going for long walks, or exploring the charm of my newest town—and of course, reading.
